Julia Wille has been working in the field of People & Talent for almost 10 years and has built up HR departments in various corporations, agencies with an advertising and digital focus, as well as in the music and fashion industry, and has supported locations in growth, rebranding and the development of talent. Currently, Julia is Head of People & Talent at popculture powerhouse DOJO, responsible for the music companies A Million Entertainment GmbH, A Million Music GmbH and Electric Feel Publishing Europe GmbH, among others. In addition, she and her team support the creator agency Totally Mgmt GmbH, the creative agency DOJO Advertising GmbH and the non-profit foundation DOJO Cares.
