Misla Tesfamariam

Management / Alli Neumann

Misla Tesfamariam came to artist management in a roundabout way. After her time at Highsnobiety, she dropped out of her business studies in Amsterdam to accept an invitation to Los Angeles shortly afterwards. There she worked with Childish Gambino on his second album 'because the internet', which had a significant impact on her career. Back in Germany, she decided to delve deeper into the field of artist management and to let her experiences from the United States flow into her work. At Guerilla Entertainment, she looked after artists such as Namika, DAT ADAM and Xatar for over 3 years. Misla has been self-employed again since 2018 and supports Alli Neumann in management. In 2021, they founded the label JAGA Recordings together, which is distributed by Four/Sony Music.
