Tina has been in leading positions in the music and event industry for over 20 years, including as Head of Booking at the Karsten Jahnke Concert Agency. Since her training as a coach and mediator 10 years ago, her heart beats for personality and personnel development. After working as Director Human Resources for Live Nation GSA and DreamHaus Konzertagentur, Tina founded Hell Yeah Coaching at the end of 2021 with a multitude of national and international certifications under her belt.
